Ich mache das so, Ich koche Wasser und füll es in einer Tasse um und halte die Haare kurz in das kochende Wasser und dann sind sie schön glatt und glänzend, aber halte sie nur kurz rein und nur die Haare bitte nicht das komplette Gesicht.

We did and it did nothing. Put ice directly on the color change areas and still nothing. The hair is extremely sparse - the doll is practically BALD!

Which makes no sense as this is HAIR styling toy. The stencils and pen are pointless - there's no way to get a clean outline of the stencils on the on the hair strands.

The quality is so awful. The Barbie is basically bald, so unless you part her hair in JUST the right spot, her hair looks horrendous.

Seems like everything Mattel makes these days is so cheap. The fake nails are incredibly thin and low quality. My daughter was more than willing to let it go when we did a toy clean out and we had just bought it!

It says use icy cold water, we tried everything, even a straight ice cube, but no change. Also, I'm not impressed with the hair dye marker, it's tough to get to come out of the pen but if you keep shaking and PUSH the pen head into itself fast and hard no jokes plz it will come out.

It worked better on my daughters hair tbh, which is a nice perk having versatility between the accessories. Good luck making the shapes with the marker on the hair, it just looks like blobs but it looks fine if you leave the clip there instead of removing it.

There isn't as much pink hair as the pictures lead to believe, but it is a nice doll overall as we just use our kid makeup and kid nail polish to practice on her which is the main reason I got it anyway, so Barbie could be my personal stand in during "daughter salon time".

Thanks Barb's. Little expensive for the flaws but it's not terrible. One person found this helpful. Plastic on the bottom underneath of the doll was broken into multiple pieces but didn't effect how it performed.

The marker took about 15 min to activate once it did it didn't work very well, tip on it is a little large for the stencils so the stars just look like circles.

Tries changing the color of the nails and lipstick used both cold and hot water couldn't get either to change to noticable color. Very disappointing!
